Homelessness of many people in cities around the world is a serious problem of society, as homeless and unemployed commit robberies and thefts, engage in prostitution and begging, engage in illegal trade in stolen goods and drugs.

Many homeless people are addicted to alcohol and drugs. Obviously, to solve the problem of homelessness, it is necessary not only to provide housing for these people and to carry out detoxification procedures. There is also a need for a rehabilitation program with professional training of such people for certain types of work, since if these people do not become part of local and national economies and the global economy as a whole, they are highly likely to return to their previous way of life and many of them will continue to engage in criminal activities.
