Emergency condition of water supply networks

March 10, 2023, 9:55 p.m.

Accidents happen every day in the world on water supply networks. Tens of thousands of kilometers of water supply networks are operated in the city. In order to keep them in working condition, from 2% to 4% of the entire length should be repaired annually. But in fact, on average, less than 1% changes per year.
Such accidents lead to a shutdown of the water supply, and as a result, people are left without water for drinking and household needs.
Sections of cities where accidents have occurred are flooded, which leads to traffic jams and even bigger problems that are not solved.

How do you think this problem should be solved?
